تلتزم “إضافة البيان البحثية” (Al-Bayan Research Add-in) بحماية خصوصية مستخدميها. تشرح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية تعاملنا مع البيانات عند استخدامك لميزة “تحويل الصور والملفات إلى نصوص” (OCR) داخل الإضافة.
Al-Bayan Research Add-in is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the “Image and PDF to Text” (OCR) feature within the add-in.
البيانات التي نصل إليها (Data We Access)
تطلب الإضافة صلاحية الوصول المحدودة إلى Google Drive عبر النطاق (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file). هذا يعني أن الإضافة لا يمكنها الوصول، أو قراءة، أو تعديل أي ملفات في حسابك باستثناء الملفات التي تقوم الإضافة نفسها برفعها بغرض تحويلها إلى نص. The add-in requests limited access to your Google Drive via the (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file) scope. This means the add-in cannot access, read, or modify any files in your account except for the specific files created or uploaded by the add-in itself for the purpose of text extraction.
كيف نستخدم البيانات؟ (How We Use Your Data)
يقتصر استخدامنا لهذه الصلاحية على غرض واحد فقط: رفع الصورة أو ملف الـ PDF الذي تختاره إلى مساحة Google Drive الخاصة بك لمعالجته واستخراج النص منه باستخدام محرك Google، ثم إدراج النص المستخرج داخل برنامج Microsoft Word.
Our use of this access is strictly limited to one purpose: uploading the image or PDF you select to your Google Drive to process and extract text using Google’s engine, and then inserting the extracted text into your Microsoft Word document.
تخزين البيانات والاحتفاظ بها (Data Storage and Retention)
نحن لا نقوم بتخزين ملفاتك، أو نصوصك، أو بيانات اعتماد تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك على خوادمنا الخاصة. تتم جميع العمليات مباشرة بين جهازك الشخصي وخوادم Google. فور اكتمال عملية استخراج النص، تقوم الإضافة تلقائياً بإصدار أمر لحذف الملف المؤقت من حسابك في Google Drive. رمز الوصول (Token) يُحفظ بشكل مشفر ومحلي على جهازك الشخصي فقط.
We do not store your files, texts, or login credentials on our servers. All operations occur directly between your personal device and Google’s servers. As soon as the text extraction is complete, the add-in automatically issues a command to delete the temporary file from your Google Drive. The access token is stored securely and locally encrypted on your device only.

We do not share, sell, or transfer any of your data or extracted texts to any third parties.
